Shipping Policy
SiDVR.com offers Ground, Second Day Air, and Next Day delivery. SiDVR.com also offers special deals in large-quantity orders. Shipping price varies depending on destination and weight.
Please Note :
Ground : Standard delivery for most items is about 3-10 business days (conditioned to state location).
Second Day Air: Scheduled delivery is the second business day.
Next Day : Schedule delivery is the next business day.
Special Promotion: SiDVR.com offers free shipping for all orders (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii & Outside of USA). Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
Sales Tax :
California State law requires us to charge sales tax on all orders sent within California State. If you are a reseller, you must fax us your reseller certificate from the State of California and you will not be charged any sales tax.
Return Policy
Our return policy is simple. Within 14 days of purchase, you may return any item in its original package for an exchange or refund.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all S&H charges incurred for returning any products.
Simply email us, than we will send you an RAM number and the address where you ship back your package.
You must include the original invoice with the items you are returning. Make sure to specify on the invoice the reason for return and if you are looking for an exchange or refund. If you choose to have your items exchanged, please note the exact item you are looking for. Please be advised that after you receive your exchange you cannot return it any longer.
Our Return Center will process your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. You can expect a replacement or refund within 10 to 15 business days of our receiving your return.
Restocking/Discarding Fees - All items are inspected for quality assurance before packaging and rechecked prior to shipping at our facility. This procedure generates a 99% faultless product. Therefore any item that is returned for a refund or replacement, which is unpacked, used or damaged in any fashion will be charged a 20% restocking/housing discard fee.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable, SiDVR will cover the entire liability, up to the full $50.00. SiDVR will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at SiDVR while using the secure server.
In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, shipping/billing addresses, and credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process your order and to notify you of your order status.
When you sign up for our Personal Notification Services, we need only an e-mail address, which we use to send the information you requested.
We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to our website, new services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, just e-mail us at info@SiDVR.com. Make sure to notify us for each account or e-mail address you have left with us.

Security Policy
Secure Encryption :
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is supported by the vast majority of modern Internet browsers. SSL works best when you are using the latest 128-bit encryption versions of either Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.

At SiDVR, your sensitive information is password protected, adding to the level of security offered by SSL technology. (See Secure Encryption for more information). When you establish an account at SiDVR, you choose a unique password for your account. You may change the password as often as you wish by going to My Account and selecting "My Account".
Problems Signing In :
To ensure protection of your confidential information, we have carefully designed a process to assist you when you have trouble signing in. In most cases, problems signing in result from the submission of an unrecognized e-mail address and/or password.

To protect our customers against credit card fraud, SiDVR checks all submitted credit card numbers against a database of stolen account numbers.
Order Confirmation :
